Quintessenza is a kind of "Cru", that is obtained just from the hart of the blossom. During the central part of the blooming we place new frames into the beehives to obtain a selection of the nectar that is produced by bees in a precise period of time, so that the produced honey will result less polluted by different nectars and it will be reaching the maximum of its characteristics and integrity.
