Produced between the second half of June and the first half of July, according to the ancient Greeks it's the best honey on earth. Coloured in varying shades of amber and beige or hazelnut if crystallized, it offers an intense aroma of magnolia, aromatic herbs and graphite. It tastes sweet and persistent, fresh and reminiscent of tropical fruits, dates and white pepper. |
