Produced in July and August. Different nectar types give to this "meditation" honey an amber colour, often darkened by honeydew. It has a clear scent of Indian ink and cooked artichoke, and also a typical flavour, elegant but firm, with the predominance of quina and rhubarb. Not very sweet, its long flavour cycle finishes off with the total harmony of all the senses involved. |
