| Produced between spring and summer. Little-known to the wide public, this honey does not have consistent characteristics, but is unique to each beekeeper. Ours is golden coloured with orange shades, scents of flowers and candied fruit. Its large aromatic range, nicely sweet and persistent, is reminiscent of fruit jam and peach syrup. | |
