Its singularity promotes this honey to be the perfect testimonial of honeys' diversity values. Always crystallized it has a white colour with a yellow straw shadow. While the nose of this honey is not properly elegant, its taste is sweet, fresh and pleasurable. The homogeneous crystals of this honey grant a creamy consistency. | |
