| Produced between June and July. When it's still liquid has the yellow hues of the sun, however the crystallization changes its tones to a nut-brown colour with yellowish shadow. The bouquet of this honey recalls the fragrance of geranium, roses and chrysanthemum's flowers, followed by a vaguely acrid odour of ammonia. It has satisfying taste provided by the tangerine freshness of fruit that gifts this honey with a medium zesty sensation. | |
