Produced in April. Satisfying, clear coloured honey varying from straw yellow to white or light beige if crystallized, its fragrance is reminiscent of orange blossoms. With time the flavour takes on additional delicately fruity and slightly acid tones. It crystallizes spontaneously a few months after harvest into rather variablesized grains. |
